Badlands Female Photography Workshop

BADLANDS FEMALE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP
May 13th – 17th, 2020
The Badlands are a photographers dream come true! Its dramatic landscapes span layered rock formations, steep canyons, and towering spires. The textures, colors, and scale make this one of my favorite places to photograph landscapes! The skies come alive at night with millions of stars and the milky way. Bison, bighorn sheep, deer and prairie dogs call the park home. We will also explore a nearby ghost town!

This unique workshop has it all! We will be covering landscapes in depth, from composition to light to camera settings. We will also be covering wildlife and astrophotography. The Badlands night sky is incredible! We will explore creative photography techniques with depth of field, framing, motion, and color.

What really makes this workshop different than most is that not only will be covering landscape and wildlife, but Beth will be covering portraits and self-portraits. Beth has worked as a portrait photographer for over ten years, she is skilled in posing, lighting, and compositions. This will include Beth’s favorite subject – selfies! Learn techniques, and ways to get more comfortable in front of the camera.

In our downtime Beth will discuss social media strategies and branding. She will discuss ways to conquer your fears and how to get your work noticed. Learn the numerous ways that Beth has been able to make an income from photography.
This workshop is more than learning how to take pretty pictures. It is a chance to connect with other women that share your passion. You will leave this workshop with new friensdhips and a lifelong photography mentor.
After the workshop Beth will provide editing videos of the images we took. There will be a private Facebook group where Beth will act as your mentor for any questions or advice you may need beyond the workshop.
